"Social Justice in Winston Churchill's World View: Lessons for the 21st Century"
Paul Summerville is a resident of Victoria, international banker, economist, politician and informed commentator on public policy and governmental affairs. Born in London, England, and raised in Toronto, Summerville holds a Ph.D. and several other degrees. He has made numerous media appearances on economic and political matters. Currently, he is a Senior Fellow at the Centre for Global Studies at the University of Victoria. Summerville's talk will draw on his extensive studies of Sir Winston Churchill's career.
